Africa Arise is a Christian non-profit serving “the least of these” without prejudice of race or religion.
Join us in our mission to educate a generation of Nigerian children who have been driven from their homes due to violent persecution by radical Islamists.
Most have lost everything dear to them, loved ones, their family’s possessions, and property. We provide hope through resources and schools within the IDP camps (internally displaced persons) where they now must live.
They are learning their educational basics, but also experiencing hope through the ministry of Africa Arise. When we asked the mothers of the camps what they needed most, this was their reply, “Please educate our children.”
There have been many vulnerable young girls stolen and forced into marriage before they reach our camps, along with others who are forced to marry, while very young, once they arrive. Survival is their primary hope and their choices are few. Those who reach the IDP camps arrive traumatized and often without a father’s protection. Africa Arise provides a safe haven and hope for their tomorrow.
